Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to products purchased from Jared Veltkamp, doing business as LOWRaudio ("LOWRaudio," "we," "us," or "our"). It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Digital products
Our products are digital downloads (software, plugins, presets, and related content). Once a product has been delivered — meaning you have received the download and/or license key — it is considered used and is generally non-refundable, because digital goods cannot be returned in the way physical goods can.
Before purchasing, please make sure your system meets the stated requirements (operating system, plugin format, and DAW compatibility) and try any available demo.
2. When we do offer refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. We will consider a refund where:
- the product is faulty, materially defective, or does not work as described, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time through support; or
- you were charged in error or charged more than once for the same order.

3. EU & UK consumers — right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase. However, for digital content supplied immediately, this right is lost once supply has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
At checkout you will be asked to consent to immediate delivery of the digital product and to acknowledge that, by doing so, you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download/license is made available. If you do not provide this consent, you may withdraw within 14 days provided you have not downloaded or activated the product.
4. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email lowraudio@gmail.com with:
- your order number or the email address used at purchase;
- the product name; and
- a brief description of the reason for your request.
We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method; the time for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
5. Chargebacks
If you have a problem with an order, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your license keys being deactivated.
